Initial Diagnostic Interview $225
Individual Therapy
- 45 minute session $150
- 60 minute session $175
Family Therapy
- 45 minute session $175
- 60 minute session $200
Group Therapy $50
Insurance
Although I am not a participating insurance provider, I can provide statements for you to submit to your insurance company and visits may go toward your out-of-network deductible.
Payment
I accept several forms of payment including cash, check and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
